The Scholastic Art & Writing Awards are the nation’s longest-running and most prestigious recognition program for creative teens in grades 7–12.

Submissions are open now until December. Please encourage your students to create an account and to upload their work. Interested in being a juror?

Each year, we recruit 20 teachers as jurors to adjudicate submitted writing works. Judging takes place starting mid-December and ends January 11th. If you're interested in working as a juror (we provide a small honorarium), please check our website in mid-October to sign up!
